QR instructions

For iPhones (iOS)

1. Open the camera app
2. Position your phone so the QR code appears in the digital viewfinder
3. Select the notification bar that at the top of your screen
4. Then, take the survey that will appear in via your phone’s web browser (internet)

For Android Phones

1. Open a QR reader app “Samsung Optical Reader” and open the scanning window, point towards the above QR code so the code is centered in the scanning window
2. Select the notification bar that at the top of your screen Then, take the survey that will appear in via your phone’s web browser (internet)
